A deposit is now required to secure every appointment. Deposit amounts are set according to the service you'd like to book and are applied toward your total on the day.
For mobile appointments (we come to you), a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits can be paid securely through our website or by e-transfer. We also accept cash for the remaining balance.
Your appointment is not secured until your deposit is received — bookings are first come, first served. Please send your deposit promptly to hold your preferred time.
Kindly give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new appointment with adequate notice. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled. [Adjust this to your exact policy.]
